ALICE Use Cases & PoC Hub A structured repository for operational experiences, technologies and early deployments across the ALICE community. This Hub collects and organises Use Cases and Proofs of Concept (PoCs) shared within the ALICE community. It follows the official ALICE template to ensure that every contribution is comparable, searchable and meaningful for innovation activities, collaboration and European project preparation. Purpose of this Hub The goal of this repository is to provide a clear, structured and operational overview of real-world or pilot implementations in logistics. Each entry reflects: the context where the solution has been applied, the specific operational problem addressed, the digital technologies effectively implemented, the solution’s primary functional role (sensing / thinking / acting), the application domain(s) impacted, partners involved, and optional visual materials. How to Use and Contribute All selectable fields (technologies, domains, functional role, membership) are mandatory. They guarantee a consistent tagging structure and allow efficient filtering across the entire database. Before starting, make sure you have: your organisation name, contact person and email, links or references to public information (if available), details about any related project, a concise operational description aligned with the ALICE guidelines. Please avoid promotional or marketing language, and do not upload sensitive or confidential data. Visual materials must include source and usage rights.
